1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Northline Edge website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

Northline Edge provides website design, SEO, online advertising, and marketing automation services. All services are described on our site and subject to a separate service agreement or subscription terms agreed upon at purchase.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Annual plans are billed upfront. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Website Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Northline Edge retains ownership of the website code, design files, and related assets while you are an active subscriber. A buyout fee of $1,000 may be paid to transfer full ownership of the codebase and domain to you.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access (domain registrar, Google Business Profile, etc.) needed to perform services. Delays caused by incomplete client input may extend project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Northline Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to managed services ends, and any buyout terms must be exercised within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
